Charlotte NC: Things are not looking good for the 2013 NFC South Champions Carolina Panthers, less than a week after releasing long time player Steve Smith. Smith later signed with the Baltimore Ravens. Now the Panthers have another problem this time it is Quarterback Cam Newton. He is scheduled to have surgery tomorrow morning for the same ankle that was bothering during San Francisco playoff game. The Panthers who lost all of their wide - outs this off season, yet to sign any replacements during free agency period. Cam is expected to be out 3-4 months for recovery, that puts his return just in time for training camp. This questions why Panthers doctor's waited so long for surgery.
